- Monthly Stipend:
- For Ph.D. students: £1,236, or £1,516 if studying in London
- For Master’s students: £1,347, or £1,652 if studying in London

Eligibility Criteria:
- Be a Pakistani or AJK national (no dual nationals)
- For Ph.D.: A first-class Master’s/MS/MPhil degree (17/18 years of education) in a relevant field
- For Master’s: A first-class Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (16 years of education)
- Have a potential supervisor from a UK university (Ph.D. applicants)
- No more than two second divisions in your academic record
- Obtain at least 60 out of 100 marks in the HEC Aptitude Test
Application Process for the HEC Commonwealth Scholarships for Masters and PhD in UK 2024:
- Apply Online:
- Commonwealth Portal: Submit your application via the Commonwealth’s online system.
- HEC Portal: Apply through the HEC website. Create an account, complete your profile, and submit your application for the HEC Commonwealth Scholarship. Make sure to print and sign your application correctly. The HEC portal closes on October 17, 2024, at 4:00 PM Pakistan Time.
