The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa KP Worker Welfare Fund Scholarship is offering scholarships for children of industrial and mine workers who are currently studying in colleges, universities, or other educational institutions for the 2024-25 academic year. Categories of Students:
- Inter/DAE Students: Apply by October 31, 2024
- Undergraduate Students: Apply by December 31, 2025
- MBBS, Engineering, and Postgraduate Students: Apply by March 31, 2024
KP Worker Welfare Fund Scholarship Benefits:
- KP Worker Welfare Board Scholarship Covers all expenses, including admission, tuition, transport, hostel, library, computer, and exam fees
- Provides a monthly stipend:
- PKR 4,500 for students in recognized undergraduate programs
- PKR 5,500 for students in engineering, medical, or postgraduate programs
- PKR 3,500 for students in Worker Welfare Board’s institutions or public schools/cadet colleges
Eligibility Requirements for the Worker Welfare Board scholarship:
- Must be registered with EOBI or ESSI
- Workers must have a minimum of 3 years of service
- Employees of the Worker Welfare Board and Fund and their children are also eligible

Category 1 (Inter/DAE Students): Apply by October 31, 2024
Category 2 (Undergraduate Students): Apply by December 31, 2025
Category 3 (Engineering, Medical, Postgraduate Students): Apply by March 31, 2024
Required Documents for the KP Worker Welfare Board Scholarship:
These documents are required to apply for the KP Worker Welfare Board Scholarship 2025:
- EOBI/ESSI worker card and related documents
- Original service certificate and payslip from the factory
- Fee payment receipts and proof of institutional recognition
- DMC/Marks sheets/Result cards from previous exams
- Proof of 2% payment as per the relevant registration act.
- Admission offer letter from a recognized institution
- Attested copies of CNIC/Form-B/Birth Certificate and worker’s CNIC
- Scholarship form signed by factory management or CBA
