- Permanent resident of Punjab
- Monthly electricity consumption should be less than 200 units to get free solar scheme.
- No involvement in illegal activities, especially power theft
- No family member should be employed by any government agency and monthly family income should be less than 50,000 PKR.
- Completed the PSER survey
- No outstanding debts with banks or financial institutions
